It's been a long time since we've seen a mission featuring stringbags of all sorts and eras, so I've set up a proposal for one.

Simply put, the entrant to this mission will need to have two (and exactly two) stationary lifting surfaces. Beyond that, all eras and scales are open. Anything from the Wright Flyer to the Antonov An-2 Colt can be an entrant. Civilian barnstormer, WW2 nightfighter, transports galore - the timespan is wide open.

I've proposed a timespan of May 11 through Nov 11, to allow for a leisurely build pace over the summer.
