Nice so far. The bands that will hold up the canvas roof look like they have a bit of a seam line (hard to tell 100%).
I'd like to see closeups of the dash - it looks well done.

God I love this kit. Making a nice job of it Karl! I see what Scott means about the seams on the canvas supports though.

apart from the seam on the hood bows I think I can see one on the leading edge of the front axle.
This is a wonderful kit to assemble and one I recommend to a lot of first time builders as it is so good and easy to make.
Nice to see another on the way to be finished
Cheers

I agree with all about the seams. Those need to be taken care of, especially the canvas roof supports. The axle I wouldn't be too worried about.
If you have a few extra bucks, Tamiya also makes an accessory kit called "U.S 2.5T 6x6 Cargo Truck Accessories" Item# 35231. It is about $10. It comes with extra Jerry cans, an opencab cover, and a .50 weapons ring, plus a couple other tidbits.
Other than that, it is a rather beautiful OOB kit. I built one for Move It and some how, that model just kind of built itself.

this is the difference between a good modeler and an assembler of plastic kits
