There seems to be 2 kits available for the AMX 13 series from Heller :
The AMX 13 with a 75mm gun and 4 SS-11 anti-tank missiles (kit #81122) :

and the AMX 13 VCI (kit #81140)

I'm afraid eBay would be the only chance you'd have to find one...if you're in luck

Maybe some AMX-13 derivatives will be released in the (near) future (Takom ?)...
