The conflict in Europe is drawing to an end, an all is very quiet on all fronts - sorry about that folks, but work has been intruding on my spare time...

So, how far are you - ?

Right now I am working on my civilian Ford and some Danish resitance men - pics should come up this week.

Hi

I just finished painting my Jeep and Dingo in their British Green base colour. Now it's time to paint the tires, equipment, seats, antennas etc and I will paint the decals with my AB + stencil and some by hand. After that weathering and finishing.

Commonwealth soldiers are painted, civil figs are at about 50%

Diorama is at about 20%

Here are some pics

I hope everything will turn out ok (especially the dio...)

Cheers,
Martin

My Sherman has been partially built but still has a long way to go. Basically the parts have been cut off the tree, test fitted and sanded. Just trying to get motivated to build it.

My WC-62 1.5 ton truck is almost done, but with the pressure from school and spring baseball, i dont think i'll be able to finish my diorama. I haven't even got all the figures yet and a trip to the LHS is not in the immediate future and the dio base hasnt been picked out yet either. The truck is the old Italeri one but has built up nice.

I'll let you guys know if i will be able to finish it up in the alloted time.

Regards
Matt

I have started my Sherman. Ran into a problem with my paints drying up. Lost almost all Saturday without paints. Had to adjust my building steps a little to work with the colors I had on hand.

I expect to be done on time.

Hello, I have tried to get a gallery for us, but so far without any luck - now I have posted in the site forum, that might help...

Other than that, I need to paint my figures (2 freedomfighters) and finish the car - I have 2 painted civilians in stock and a base with a closed down shop ...

I just might make it

I am going to germany the 4 th. of may (Oh, the irony :-) ) and is returning the 8 th.

I've just got my farmhouse out of it's mold (I made a mold for plaster for this house)

My first attempt in making a building, looks like I've made a pretty good start....Time to detail and paint it!

I hope I can finish it in time.....spending all my free time on it!

Nah I'm just gonna make it....I have to lol, otherwise I would dishonour myself as I am a campaignoholic :-) I NEED to finish all of them :-)

Hi all

Well I'm going to do something with wings on :-)

I'm just finishing my He 219 UHU and my idea is;
a lokal farmer is trying to sell this new wonder weapon to the higest price.
"Only one owner, almost new and 2 great engines"

Vell back to work.

See you

I've finished the figs and the vehicles are almost done (bit of rust, dust and dullcoat....not too much work) but I some stuff I need for the diorama isn't available here....and that's a really big problem!

If I can't get my stuff for the diorama, can I then use my vehicles and figures without the diorama as entry? I know it's not the aim of the campaign but I did put a lot of time and effort in it and it sucks if I can't finish this campaign now because I can't get everything I need for my diorama!

Ok, I know i have been a bit lean in posting about my work...

I have the figures picked out and started...the groundwork is going to be fairly simple to do, once I get it going.

My main idea is the surrender of the German 34th ID to the US 34th ID in the PO valley. I MAY end up using the M4A1 I built for the sherman campaign as a filler, MAYBE, as the tank was built to be in a diorama. Just depends on how much time I have to integrate it into the setup. Otherwise it will be all figures.

Never thought it would be so hard to find enough figures to make up a surrender dio...sheesh.

I took some test pics of my Shermie last night but the batteries died before I could download them. I will not have a problem finishing before Sunday. In fact I wish this stupid thing called Work would be over so I can get home and work on it. After 4 months off from building... BABY I'M BACK!!!

There was some mention of getting more time. Is the deadline still set for May 5 2005?
