Since I can't seem to find the right place listed in campaign central command for this..... I'll make a new topic to let everyone know I just posted two albums in my gallery of some photos of the Liberation of Paris, and assorted WW2 photos, I picked up along the way scoping out ebay photo section. The WW2 album has a few shot of the Liberation of Belgium. (at least I think that's where they are from)
here's one:

Jan, I wish I could help you with making a gallery for you campaign, but I don't believe I have the power to do that. I'm not even sure if I would know how to see up a campaign gallery..... :-) :-) :-)
Perhaps a PM to one of the editors, or photo editors would be the way to go.

Hi-
sorry if I sound like I'm being a wet blanket, but this pic was on ebay recently and thecaption for it dates it as 1940:

So it was prior to the German invasion, not British liberation.
Still a great picture though.

Yeah their equipment looks like that of the BEF....could very much be a 1940 pic.

However, if you give the soldiers the equipment they had during the campaign in NW Europe, you can still use this pic as reference....as British motor troops did excist and I've got several pics of those guys driving through Brussel, Antwerp etc.

Thanks MC......
But I did say I did pick them up at Ebay.......
If you go to the photo section you can usually find some decent pictures........ as for captions.... posted by the sellers, I never put much into what they write. I simply post them to my gallery, and hopefully other that know more than me will properly ID them in the comment space.
