Hi Paul,
I cann't tell you the tecnical diff. but to look at it you can see that it has two optics on the mantlet(larger guard) and racks on the side of the turret like the C2.I know there is more but I'm only going by the pictures I have.

Other things to watch for:
-mounts for the armour package,
-may also have the stowage bin added to the rear of the turret
-mount/guard for mine plow counduit by grouser stowage racks on front upper glacis
Like many other vehicles, added at various times through-out the C1 lifespan. Before being replaced by the C2, a 'late' C1 would have the wider guard for the LLLTV/Thermal systems, mounts for armour, plow bits, and turret bin.
Cheers,
Jim

And here I was thinking the difference between a C1 and a C2 was about 10 pounds, a folding bipod and a 3 position change lever.

I received a sneak peak in the mail of some of these new releases today. Thanks JP.
All the parts are of the same high quality as all the other MLM products I have.
The parts I ordered are the sprockets, stretchers, grouser racks,M113 wear guards and jerry can racks .All will add accurate detail to CDN (and others) models.
And no I don't work MLM.I found them surfing the net like most others have.
