For those like me who have been waiting for these kits, the ACE 1/72 kits of the Grizzly and Husky are available from the Greatmodels website. I wonder how many will make it into Op Canuck Steel?

Apparently they're coming out with a Cougar as well. Might even get my pair done for the campaign.

Got my Husky today at one of my local shops.I build 1/35th but this looks like a nice "little" kit.It actually has the correct crane so I'm going to use it to help build my Hobby Fan kit when it gets here.

Hi Paul,It was alot for the size.$23.25 CDN for something less than 4" is a little much,for7 or 8 bucks more I could get a 35th scale kit.If I didn't get a discount at that shop I would not have picked it up.
Don't get me wrong it's a nice little kit of CDN armour but a little high priced.

$17.05 USD from Greatmodels. A little much for a 1/72 kit, but the subject matter makes it worthwhile in my eyes. It's not often you see a Canadian vehicle kit, so I grab them while I can (even niner domestic goes along with this)

My Gizzly arrived the other week. Here is the progress so far. (the wheels are just loose in place) the kit is nice - though there is some sanding and filling to be done, as well as a lot of mold flash to be cleaned.

Does anyone know of a good source for 1/72 Stowage, or other braile scale accessories?

Hmm, at first I thought the turret looked way off, but then when I checked my photos, of course it doesn't have the smoke grenade launchers or stowage boxes on it yet! I've only got the Husky so far (thanks again, Dan!). Here's the real beastie:

Goffy (see reviews section) and Verlinden both make Braille scale stowage for modern vehicles. Although they are for US vehicles, it should be close enough and generic enough for Canadian forces at that scale.
