hey all,
I wanted to see if there is an interst in starting a Patton campaign.
general idea - anything in any scale that has at least one tank from the Patton family or any other Patton based vehicle (such as M728 CEV, M-88, Sgt. York etc. etc.).
also would like to hear opinons of wether Pershings should be allowed or not.
Thanks.

i like the idea.. and i would definately include the pershing and/ or the blazer.. since all these armored vehicles were derived from the Pershing.
I would wait a while for the campaign though.. i'd say at least a few months.

I like this one as well, but there is a campaign overload going on.

look at it from the positive side: you have some time to plan the campaign in the details..
what about this name: Sons of Pershing

sounds good, I might adopt this name (with credits to you of course).
but frankly, with only three people replying (one of them is me, who started this thread) it might be problematic.
anyway, my builds for this campaign are already stowed in the model stash, I just need some small bits which will be needed in the process.
I hate to hold on with a build....

I like the idea to. I always liked the family line of the Patton. After all the Pershing was the great grandfather of the Patton. Include me in when you start the campaign.

cool Jerry!
I'll make sure everyone knows when this campaign will start to materialize.
any suggestions for a starting/ending dates?

Depending on the Dates, I'm in. I would really enjoy building either Italeri’s M-47 or a Marine M-60A1 RISE (Desert Strom) version for this campaign.

and what dates will you be willing to except?
I prefer to get some input from the guys involved in the new campaigns and not to just throw it when no one has time for it.

I'am in if you allow the Pershing and you plan on a 4th quater build.
I have the Dragon T26E3 sitting in my stash just waiting to be built.
Ciao

Hmmmm, I have the M46 Patton from DML in stash.

... another cool idea, just pre-enlisted to the possible IDF/ mid east campaign, dunno about the schedule, but there's really a lot going on right now. End date should be not b4 January I'd say ....
