Hi all,
I just received the Dragon British Valentine MK.III Infantry tank:
Now, with plastic sheets etc, I want to turn it into this:
This is gonna be a real challenge.....I hope I can built this Archer, would be very cool
I'll keep you all updated on my progress through the CCC forum and I will ask for comments/help in either the Scratch forum or the RRB. With the help I hope to receive there it should be possible to do this

Good luck with that Martin. I've done quite a bit of scratchbuilding and would think more than twice before tackling this one!!. The outer armour would be ok, but the gun and interior need a lot of careful planning.
I hope it works out OK, keep us up to date with the build OK.

That's why I won't do the interior. I will add canvas on top of the fighting compartement, as I've seen it on a lot of pictures. I'll place the vehicle on a small base with the crew outside the vehicle enjoying a sigaret or something like that.....
So, I'll only do the exterior. Hard enough already I think

Thanks!
The Dragon kit looks like a good base to start from. I hope to start building next week!

Great idea Martin!
I'm looking forward to your experiences and the final results.
Do you have good drawings from this tank?
