Man, I'm getting close to finishing my 2 recce jeeps
( M38/M151) but I can't find any reference for the locations of the antenna for the Canadian versions.
I seem to remember the '67 pattern had the antenna located at the rear of the vehicle behind the spare tire. yes?
The '74 I can't remember, was the antenna in the same location as the US version?, and I certainly don't remember any roll bar!
I did find my old course books and found out we used VRC 46 for our jeeps ( if I can read my own writing!)
Thanks in advance..Up the Dukes!

The one picture I have in a book shows a M151A2 of the CDN MP's has the whip on the rear right hand side.
We had two M151s in my BN in the mid '80s (sitting in theback 40) and they did have the role bars in them. From what I can remember the 151s were very prone to role overs, hence the bars.
Hope this helps some.

Thanks for the info, my buddy who took up walking for a living and joined the Seaforths, said he remembered the antenna mount being on the right side by the rear spare, sounds and looks like the same position as the US vehicle, just different sets,
Thanks for yor time
