If we knew what Campagn you are asking about, maybe the leader of the campaign would be able to answer your question.

I think he is referring to "Air Over the Sea" the group leader is MAR. But there appears to be a problem. MAR has not visited the forums since February 14th of this year. I sent him an email two weeks ago and did not receive a reply and he has no photos posted in his gallery. I'm concerned something may have happened to this kid. I sent a message to Guntruck to make him aware as well.

I'll step in here for the Campaign Leader - and thanks for the heads-up Brian.
The HH-65A is normally land-based, but can land for refueling on three different types of Coast Guard Cutters for patrol duties. I read the original rules by MAR as allowing helicopters in the campaign and hopefully he would agree with me that the Dolphin's capabiity of operations from USCG Cutters will fit within his parameters.
