I think that your entry is going along very well.
What climate are you planning to depict with the diorama? Snow, muddy, dusty?
I have also entered for the TD Campaign and I'm ready to start with a base coat on my Tamiya Jagdpanzer IV L70. It's going slow (as usual :-) ) since the weekends are the only time that I can spend on modeling!
I would love to see the progress on your entry.
Dieter

Hi Dieter,
My original plan is between May and August (summer with some rainy weather). I plan to make the ground a little muddy....
Just like you....my build is a little slow too...those pesky indy tracks of the DML elefant is making it hard for me especially when I have to give the tracks some contour...
BTW, I hope you could also post some pics of your TD entry...
Cheers

Arvin,
That is a good looking Elefant. The camouflage is done nicely and is very eye catching!
I think you did a great job with the tracks too.

Hi Alvin,
Your Ferdinand is doing extremely great. I love the camo and how you did the zimmerit.
Can't wait to see the final product.

The articulation in the wheels is a great touch. Too often (myself included) people build tanks for level ground.

Now we're getting to the good stuff - I love the camo on this. I want a banner like yours! :-)

Alan: The main reason why I opted to build the tracks that way is because of the inaccurate tracks dragon provided with the kit... :-) . The chevrons "v" are inverted. Since AM tracks are not available here (very few), I was forced to hide the mistake of Dragon by showing a damaged and muddy tracks... .
Alex: Hmmm....you want a banner like mine...that'll cost you 5 emoticon beers... :-) . Maybe we could do something about that...just PM me about your idea and I'll try to come up with something...
Cheers
