Hello all. I have some progress to present. Tamiya 1/48 Stug IIIB. I have added some weathering to the lower hull, painted the molded on tools, and applied decals. There still is some shine as they have not be coated yet - these pics are so new the decals are still damp!
Comments welcomed.
More pics in my Gallery.

Wow... !
This pint sized panzer is turning out great... i really like the little extra details that you've added including the welds on the mantlet... the wires for the headlights and other little bits that were included.
The paint looks great also.. i like the subtle shading/variations in the panzer grey.
I haven't built one of these Tamiya 1/48 kits... your build just might get me to buy one yet.
Later,
Tim

Hey
This sure looks awesome! You're a master painter
1 thing that caught my attention: the lower hull, behind the wheels, is very dirty, but the wheels themselves aren't. Looks a bit odd....
Other than that there is nothing I would want to see changed on this entry (but you may always surprise me :-))

Again thanks for the praise.
Martin there will be plenty of dirt on the wheels, I just wanted to get the hull sides done before I finished painting the track and roadwheels. Thanks for the heads up!

John, you have done a wonderfull job on that Panzergrey, looks very good. And those tools, the pictures could have fooled me that this was 1:35.
I noticed just one thing, around the Jack Block, are those mounting holes?
Cheers
Henk

Thanks Henk. Yes they are mounting holes. THe tool box fits over the jack block, but with it in place the block is unpaintable. It is sitting on my workbench ready to be cemented on.
