Hope I made it on time works been hectic. Hobbyfan Cougar basically out of box I know the tires are wrong for an early Cougar but I didn't have the time or patience to replace them. My first full resin kit and it was a challenge for me.

Rob,
Good for you for tackling the kit.
What were the paints you used?
What's next for you on the resin kit list?

Thanks guys, I liked the kit too it is a much better value than the Lynx kit they also make and I too would love to build a second one. Especially since I know where I made mistakes now
For the painting I used Tamiya paints which I mixed to try and get colors like the Cougars I remembered from the mid 80s I used the older storage bin on the back of the turret (this was when I realized I goofed and the tires and that storage bin together are incorrect). I weathered it with some drybrushing and a wash of oils followed by some mig pigments and then I flat coated it to seal everything up as I didn't want it too dusty. I was going for a used but well maintained look since all the Cougars I saw were just that and still relatively new at the time.
The insignia on the base is my old Mobile Command Badge from my Dress Uniform. Saving my cap badge for my up coming M38 Recce Jeep project.

Nice job. Only nitpick I would have is some exhaust soot along the hull side. Really nice job!
