Here are a few pics of my Jagdpanzer IV A-O. I marked it as a Training Course Vehicle. The Directions call for this to be painted RLM 79 Sandy Brown. Its a darker tone then I have done but the results to this point arent to bad. I have to give it am oil wash yet and final weathering. I'm waiting for my Fruli tracks so the road wheels have been left off for now.
Feel free to comment as always.

looks ok so far scott. is the paintjob finished? i agree that the colour is more 'brown' than 'yellow' but maybe the weathering can fix it. any figs for the tank?

Looks like you are well on your way into making this a very good vehicle. Couple of things that spring in mind are indeed the Tanks Color is a bit too dark. USually what I do is not taking any note of the Colors as stated on the back of the Instruction sheet and spraying the whole vehicle in Matt mid stone from Humbrol or Dessert Yellow from Tamiya. Those colors seem to have been working fine for me and even if it are not the right colors... After all washing and Filtering and the pigments not much of the Original Color is left .
Next to that I think the vehicle is really too shiny but reading your post I think you still have to hit it with a Matt Varnish.
The Corners on the Glacis on the front seem to lift up a bit... Some filling there could do.
One thing which I find a pitty in particular is the big dried up glue patch on the back at the edge where the Upperhull meets the lower hull.
Besides that it is a really nice looking vehicle and you did built exactly the variant that I will going to built with my kit

It will look so good w/Fruilis.
I wonder about the jack support block.Shouldn't it be rotated 180 degrees? That way that solid part would be at the bottom,I think it was a mount attached to the hull, and the block fit into it,with a chain/strap securing the block...

moJimbo, Robert, Carl Thanks for posting. Yes I feel the color is too dark funny thing is my flampanzer calls for the same color. I'm wondering if because it is a training vehicle if this isn't the right color? I will have too look into it more. Mojimbo no figures for this one I wasn't in the mood and there is zero interior so close it up was my thought. The finish is still shinny from the gloss coat. I will dull cote it after my oil wash.
Faust I didn't see the peel up on the glacis till just now great eye. The glue on the back hull was a slight accident. I will be repairing that prior to adding the muffler. In dry fitting everything was fine Once I went to glue it it would not stay together. Thats what one handed work gets you. It will be sanded smooth and repainted
Carl I thought so too. The block looks upside down. I think I will flip it. There is no reference for this vehicle what so ever. Believe me I have looked.
Thank you all for posting I will be updating this soon.
