I finished my Hetzer for the TD Campaign this afternoon.
I only got one picture before the camera battery died.
More to follow.

Beautifull model! I also like the ambush scheme very, very much and the weathering is good.
The exhaust looks very rusty, what did you use for it?
I it Italeri or Dragon, or another brand?

Hello,
Oop sorry, it's the Tamiya 1/48 built basically OOB.
I added wire grab bars and tow cable holders as I really dont like the supplied cable..
Thanks, this was my 1st ambush scheme and I'm quite happy with the way it turned out. The muffler was done with MIG pigments as was alot of the weathering. I also used oil washes, and tamiya paints for the dusty look.

wow
never knew 1/48 could look so 1/35th
Nice job, impressive camouflage paintjob!
The muffler looks great.
How about just adding a little oilstains on the aft part around the muffler?

Very nice and in 1/48. . . most impressive.
Camo looks great and weathering looks right on - not to heavy and not too light.
Congrat's on a fine build.

Thanks for the kind words..
it's really inspired me to work on the Stug and get that done too. I already have a T34 and Tiger on hold at my LHS.
I guess that I'm going to have to post a couple more pics later tonight as I sort of lied. I considered it done, then the more I looked at it the more I wanted to do.
I've already gone back and put more oil leaks on the rear and some on the wheels too. I also put a "dirt trail" up one side where I imagined the crew would have climbed up it.
