I think the walls needs some weathering. The figs are good, and as Alan, I also like the guard - realistic position.

Very good work on the figures. Very realistic blood / wound. I like the figure that keeps the wound closed.
The 'soldaten auf zum sieg' is a nice detail!
I agree with Simon on the (inside)walls. Add some weathering like you did on the floor. And perhaps some rubble on the floor will add more realism.
The dio is a bit too 'clean' in my opinion.
