I am realizing that I will not get the Sturer Emil finished in time for the campaign as I am also working on a car for the Armorama 500 campaign that is eating up major time. However, about a week and a half before starting that kit I had begun Tamiya's 1/48 scale StuG III.
The kit is a breeze to build, and I added the LionRoar PE set plus some scratchbuilt details. Because of the small size of the model I was able to basecoat, winter whitewash, and chip the model in one night.
Below are a few pictures:
I should have this done by week's end....I hope.

Very nice. It's got some serious chipping!
Are the tracks a pain like most individual links or were they easy?

Very cool. Find some snow in a few months and then see if you can find the model! Very well done on the paint chipping.
