Howdy folks and greetings from Camp Victory, Iraq. Here are some pictures of my current project for your review and helpful advice. I am currently deployed but through the miracle of mail-order and some very understanding folks back home ("What was wrong with the shade of tan I sent you last weeK?!!") I am fortunate enough to be able to continue modeling even while over here. The kit is the Dragon "1+1" M1025 kit and assorted "stuff" from different companies. I finished it with Tamiya and Testors paint, an oil paint wash and dusting with pastels. All the scratch-building was done with Post-It notes and 3X5 cards. I am currently waiting for some parts to build the Red Dot A/C to finish the rear hatch. And just to start the ball rolling, I just noticed the injector mark on the back of the gunshield. It's always the obivious stuff huh?, lol. Hope ya'all like it and I look forward to your comments.

Lovely looking model that - keep your head down out there!
And, if you don't mind me saying, the way you organise your paints is possibly the sign of a sick mind! :-)

heck yeah the wheels bow like that on that series of humm-v those are the worst trucks to be on out there, like being in a pop can hitting those 155mm ied's those trucks have the worst front suspension of any army vehicle, and the weight of the add on armor kit (aoa) dont help any either, and its a fine model... id imagine weathering it wasnt hard,, just leave it outside for about 5 minutes, turn 180 degrees, repeat then display......
