Here it is in all it's glory...a Armorama 3-tone NATO Dragster Funny Car.
Now that I have built this thing, I have a new found respect for car-modellers. Messing with this thing, especially the choromed pieces, was a MAJOR pain. However, I did learn quite a bit from it, so it was a good experience on the whole.
This is a straight out of the Box build, with the exterior paint scheme having been changed. I added some of the kit decals,, (which for the most part were WAY too thick, would not conform to the curves they were supposed to go over, and did not settle properly, even with solvaset) and witha BIG THANKYOU to several Armorama members who helped me with my custom decals problem, I added my own custom decals. The logo's are off of the website, including "Staff JIm's" Snoopy logo on both sides.
The custom decals were the funnest part of the build though...

Hey, what a funny car (I know, I know, totally lame joke)
Seriousley, you've done a great job on your NATO funny car. I really like the camo paintjob. Very original.
The custom decals look fantastic.
The engine look very detailed. Could we have some close ups of that beautiful V8?
