Hi all,
here is the Zvezda kit. Quite a good one, it just needs some minor improvements.
I'll use the resin tracks from LionMarc models instead of the vinyl ones of the kit. I'll post a review of them as soon as I get the set.
As I mentioned it in the in-box review here, this kit has some interesting features like the vision blocks issued as clear parts, two AT-4 Spigot/Konkurs missile firing posts and a pretty good level of detail.
Comments welcome.

It looks like a fine build so far
One thing thought, you should use a small drill or a top of your hobby knife to drill out the gun barrel, it would give a more realistic look to the model!

Hi Mirko,
in fact the gun muzzle is drilled but you just can guess it from the pics due to the autofocus. I drilled the side vertical vents too
I hope be able to post clear pics of them later.

First time I hear something good about a Zvezda kit. How was the fit of the parts.
Zvezda and Skif and other "east european" companies have very interesting subjects.. but have a very bad reputaion. I never know whether to buy their kits or not.
Hope to see this kit finished soon.

Hi Hisham,
you're right and would have not tell the same about their T-72 series. It seems that time Zvezda did some effort to get a good rendition. The overall fit is good with some gap to fill (the extra fuel tanks, the rear plate).
The plastic is weird and seems like Trumpeter first models one. But it doesn't generate any glueing trouble. The bad part is the vinyl tracks, each coming in two parts !
That's why I will give a try to resin tracks.
