This is a diorama of Skybow''s WC63 ''Big Shot'', with the Cottage Ruin by Great North Roads in the backgound, which I've just finished. The barrel is a resin item, door, roof and rubble scratched, and the figures I believe are Tamiya with Hornet heads.

Great job Vinnie! I would really like to know what you used for the grass, and how you did it.

Great work as usual Vinnie. How about a review of that Skybow kit? I see it all the time in my LHS, and I keep meaning to get it, but the only review I've seen is by Cookie Sewell and I'd like another opinion as well.

Beautiful, just beautifu! Excellent work.
The door with the rusty hinges is a work of art by it's self. The attention to small details is fantastic!

Great job, Vinnie. The model is spot on, but I particularly like the way you gave "life" to some otherwise lifeless Tamiya figures. I have some of those in my stash and, in spite of them, you've really done more than is usually possible with those old dudes. Looks wonderful.

Beautiful work and excellent details Vinnie. The detail to attention on the ruined house is just fantastic. I'Il bet it would look like the real thing in B & W together with natural light.

Hey Thanks! Some of the small details include scratchbuilt draw bolts on the door, and hinges, and the weeds on the road, which should just be visible on the pics are actually the stamens from some very small flowers found growing in my garden! Thanks again!

Liberator, thanks for the compliment. I thought about making it bigger.....I'm working my way up to it! I'm trying to think up an idea for a dio approx. 18" x 48". I realise that it's going to be a long term project, so as soon as I think of one........

Cheers James. Firstly, terracotta tiles don't splinter, secondly as indicated by the rear door having been salvaged and propped up against the side of the building, this cottage has been ruined for some time and as such the inside would have been stripped bare long ago, especially of personal belongings, and anyway, it would probably have been abandoned before being ruined. I'll certainly keep your comments in mind though.......

Very nice work Vinne. As a fan of the Dodge T-214 - I appreciate the work you did in finishing the 1 1/2-tonner.
