Finally I have completed my submission, i swap the figure for a dragon Tiger Aces Set.

Rear View, as you can see, the paint is still wet and the matt coat has not even dry, I m left with the MG42. Thats it..

I'm also working on Academy Stug IV. I finished subassemblies so the next step is painting.
You are one step ahead but you still have much work to do. So far your Stug looks ok.

The stug is done..i am left with the MG-42.. i also did lots of weathering and i am trying to make my camera capture them, but i think my camera kinda sucky..
The top of the stug is not just a coat of paint, i did worn out paint, ii also did scratches..but with this pathetic camera, i can't seem to get them in the pictures.

Hey,

Thanks for the late entry (I've granted eerie 1 week extra). Still I agree with warlord you still could do some things to improve your StuG:

- Paint spare tracks on top of the front hull
- Paint pioneer tools and spare wheels behind
- Weathering.....well I think it could be done a bit heavier? Pics can't be that bad that they don't show anything!
- Add a bit texture to the rust on the exhaust, looks a bit too smooth now...

Thanks again for joining the campaign!

Hi Eerie,

You have I nice clean build StuG IV there, but there are a few things you'll have to finish before it's done..
The spare wheels need their tyres painting.
Only the tyres on the outside of the roadwheels seem to have been painted, but that might be the photo.
The towcable needs to be painted.
Did you paint the tracks? It may be the picture that makes them look shiny.
There is a massive sinkhole on the commanders hatch. I know, because I missed it on mine aswel.. :-) :-) :-)

You have done a good job with the decals, no silvering at all. The figure looks good aswel, but a bit blurry.
Have you tried to take the photo's outside, natural light might make it easier for the camera to focus over a lager field of depth.

Cheers
Henk

Thanks again guys and to the "boss" for allowing me to complete my mission with some delays.
