Here's the DML Flammpanzer III Almpst OOB The only add-ons are a Tamiya fire extiguisher from the Panzer IV equipment set, wires for the headlights and a tow cable
Painted with Testors MM acrylic dark yellow lightened up with some armor sand Tracks are painted with Testors enamel tread brown Oiled steel enamed for a drubrush on the tracks I also sprayed a light coat of testors enamel field drab onto it to simulate dust/dirt I think I overdid it

Thanks for a great campaign Robin This kit is a record for me Finished in less than one month :-) :-)

Hi Chad,

Your Pz III looks great! The fading of the base colour is really well done in my opinion.

But i think your tracks are too 'shiny'.

Great job anyway!

Nice job you have done!
The turret has to be lower then it is now. give it a push, I had the same thing on that.

I agree with the other comment, the tracks are indeed to shiny.

One tip is, make some chips, the tank will look more interesting, but it is your own choice ofcaurse

Danny and Hilbert
Thanks for the kind words Normally I use Humbrol gun metal for drybrushing the steel parts of the tracks However it doesn't show that well on photos But it looks good on the model This time I used Testors MM enamel "oiled steel"
However that does look too shiny Not sure what other type of "steel" color to use I once tried a mixture of black and steel, but that didn't look good either

Yup that's good. I had the same problem but I thought hey, that's strange, so I pushed it down and it wouldn't still fit.
So I had to remove a thin layer, but it worked.
