This might be a dumb question. But what is a campaign and what is involved with it? Is it making certain models? I am most curious.

Thanks,

John

Okay. I was getting ready to fill you in.

Welcome aboard, by the way. You are now a registered member of the friendliest modeling website on the the interweb thing.

If you still have questions post them and someone will be right there with an answer.

Welcome aboard!

Just more info on campaigns, i believe the powers above arent approving anymore campaigns for the rest of the year so if you plan on suggesting one....think about doing it next year.

John,

Welcome to, as Shaun said, the friendliest (and most useful) modeling site on the web.

An added comment regarding Campaigns- I think as was said that there are no additional Campiagns to be added this year, BUT-

Go here-

CAMPAIGNS

and see if there are any that appeal to you- if so, read the rules sign up and most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Jim

but in the event you feel like starting one, it would be best to start a thread to find out how many members are keen to join. No point suggesting one without ample support.

As Jim mentioned, there are quite a few going on at the moment which covers quite a broad range, especially Armorama's Finest. That sorta ends on the 31st of Dec this year so theres still time.

Thanks for the welcomes. I will keep an eye out for campaigns that would intrest me. I might also throw a few ideals out there.

Everytime I visit the site I just want to come back for more. This site has revitalized my model addiction. I have ten models to restore and four to build. I plan on having fun and getting to know my fellow modelers.

Take care.

JOHN
