Ok, Folks... it's Lights... Cameras.... Action!
Well, ok... we have to wait until June 1 before the action part begins, but don't let that stop you - read your scripts (choose your topic) and do a little character research (gather supplies and plan your diorama).
What's your motivation?? To be part of an all-star cast of a blockbuster presentation (and get the cute little cyber-ribbon award that's on the way).
Thanks to all who have signed up so far.. you're beautiful baby, just beautiful!
I'd like to thank the administration for allowing me to participate as a campaign leader, and to my friends who stood by me and made me believe i could do it... the little people out there i might have forgotten... and to my inspiration... you know who you are... peace!

I can assure everyone that I will produce a unique piece, but refuse to divulge what film it is from..... prefering to allow the other members that finish the campaign to guess.

Have an idea on what I will do..have plenty of time to think about it. Dave if you win..does that mean you have to stuff it back in your closet?

I am soo glad to see this campaign get approval. From the first time that GI_Babycakes told me of her idea..i knew it would make an excellent campaign. I already have my ideas running in my head..On to selecting the appropriate items for the tasks..and as always..expect the unexpected

REMINDER: Everyone is not to announce their movie scene so that we can have fun guessing when all the pics are in

Opening night for the Hooray for Hollywood Campaign is tomorrow! I hope everyone in the cast has been practicing their lines and is ready for an award-winning performance. If you haven't signed on yet, no need to despair, there are plenty of parts for everyone! The director is looking for a few dozen last minute "extras" to fill some important bit roles, so put your name on the list of credits and get ready to have a great time!
Good luck, and break a sprue!

Yeah baby, I've been waiting for this campaign to start. I'm doing a 1/24 scale diorama, have everything needed, now I just need only to start building. Man this is going to be fun and very interesting to see what everyone else is building.

This may seem a daft question but does it have to be a Hollywood film? There were some outstanding British war films made in the 50's which aren't Hollywood...Dunkirk, Dambusters, Reach for the sky etc. Can these be used?

I'm sure Hollywood is just generic for the movie industry.

Yes, Shermies is right - subjects are not limited to Hollywood, CA productions
