Ok, I am just posting some preliminary thoughts here, but based on my experience with T2K, would there be interest in doing a serious what if campaign?
What I mean is this: Many people get good ideas to improve or build weapons systems and then build models to show them off to help garner support. An example is the proposed "Phase II" changes for the Iowa Class battleships in the 1980's...drawings were made, proposals made, and even a couple of models made. Of course they never happened.
I thought it might be a fun switch to maybe get some of the very serious modellers involved in this more speculative part of the hobby.
However, there would be limitations on this. First would be that it would have to be modern or post modern designs that could seriously be proposed to the military. And it must be grounded in real tech, not "space alien" sci-fi.
Example would be mounting a particle cannon on a M1 chassis. the "future" part of it would be the explaining of how the system works and what would need to be miniaturized or changed to make it feasable.
Another aspect would be variant vehicles based on current designs...like the M2 Bradley Ambulance, Mortar Carrier, etc...or the M1A1 series ARV, AAA gun system, etc...
If there is enough intertest in this, and some help working on the rules, I will set it up for a serious campaing starting in June.

Count me in! A real what if will be nice, maybe alternate history (for example, USA buying Leopard 2 or Canada getting Bradleys.....) or never produce systems, or prototypes.....close to the Secrets and Mosnsters, but more real.....love what if´s!

He has alredy pointed that my friend
Jacques, talk to Gun Truck saying that this will be a "General Modelling" campaign, it will be easier to get the approval in that way
