Here is a figure I am doing to put beside the CMP tipper when I do the base.
It is the Tamiya Matilda Tank commander with a Firestorm Models 'Aussie Head with Slouch Hat'. I have also removed the modeled on webbing and long socks and positioned the arms so it looks like he is about to open a canteen and have a drink.
I have primed him ready to paint.

Seriously, Cliff it looks good so far - the pose is about right for the action you mention so just go for it with the brushes mate.

Cliff I think it'll make an excellent complement to a very well done Tipper.
Apart from his slightly skinny legs which he may have trouble getting them insured he'll definitely add a nice dimension to the vehicle.
