And this is camo scheme that I will hopefully put on it

Great choice for the build Will the camo be hard edge or soft edge?

Methinks a hard edged camo will be in order for this fine beast.

Progress pics...
I tried to texture the hull and the turret last week:
Today I managed to preshade the tank and rust the tracks(to be drybrushed with gunmetal):
I just hope that the preshading will be visible from under the acrylic camo...

I know what you mean "voices". I had the same so I participate in B&B with Tamiya SU-122.
Did you have any problems assembling this kit?
Did you use sand paper to texture? Maybe it's matter of pics but on preshaded model I can't see texturing.
So far looking great. Can't wait to see first color applied.

This kit goes together like a dream. Detail is very fine and fit is great!
For the texture I just melted the plastic with nitro thinner and tapped the surface wit soft brush. Results are best when tapped immediately after first wetting. Lastly I sanded the texture a little bit.
The texture is be visible mostly on close ups or bigger pics.
