Looks really good. Is it the Academy kit? Any problems with it?

Thanks Gino. Yes, it's the Academy kit. It went together with no problems at all. I didn't try to correct any shortfalls the kit may have, preferring to add a few things (extra mg, rear stowage rack, rpg shield) instead.

Hi Chuck
Very nice Sheridan you have, i did the one from Tamiya when it was the only one (twice)
This is really great one
do you have progress pictures???
I like the RPG screen on the front . How is the details of the engine rear deck and the emplacement for the pionner tools.
Any comments on the turret basket ?
The TC shield is comming from PE eduard set ??
Sorry to ask you so much question but i love this tank cheers

Looks fantastic mate
i still think despite this kits innacuracies and errors, all of which i couldn't care less about, the Academy Sheridan makes up to be one nice looking model!
Another great contribution to the campaign!
Cheers

Hi Chuck,
I agree with the others. I could care less about the shortcomings of the kit. It looks like a Sheridan to me. Nice work...

Basket and TC's BirdCage armor are in the kit. Here is a review of it at PMMS to see the sprues and what you get in the box. Academy Sheridan
This has been a much maligned kit, but I think it looks pretty good. A better starting place than the older Tamiya kit. Some will disagree with me and call it junk. I still like it. Hey, no kit is perfect.

Looks good Chuck.
Makes me want to run out and pick one up, do it out of the box, and have a little fun.......

I didn't take any build pictures. I always mean to but never do. I think the detail on the engine deck is nice, the pioneer tools are under the rear stowage rack I added and they are nicely done. The turret basket wasn't too hard to build. The mesh is kinda fiddly, but just takes time a patience, and you get plenty of mesh so you can afford to redo it. The TC shield is a kit item.
Thanks for your kind words.

Thanks to everyone for your comments. It is a nice OOB build and does indeed "look like a Sheridan".
Dave, you should get one, I can assure you you'd have fun.

Hi Chuck,
It looks very nice indeed. I love the colors you used and the weathering! Are you going to put it in a diorama with some figures?
Again nice job on this one
Kind regards
Mark
