Hi,
this is my BMP-1 for the Russian Armour Campaign. Sorry for not posting images during process, but at the moment I'm without a digital camera and I have to ask friends to have some pics shot...
It's my first, and I think the last, attempt to make a Russian Kit. I took the chance of the Campaign to make happy a friend of mine who asked me to make such a kit for him since a long time.
The kit is from Dragon and it's 150% OOB and is of the ones deployed from former USSR in Afghanistan durign the 80ies... I'ts not a great work because it's over two months that I've my left shoulder "broken" and make models is really hard (and unfortunately painful ), so i cannot properly work on the detaila yet.
More pics can be seen here
As usual any comment, suggestion and criticism are more than welcome!
Ciao
Fabio

Looks good to me especially from a disabled modeler :-)
OOTB is good too ! Your modeling skills are better than your identification ones though ! It is a BMP-2

Sorry to hear about the injury Fabio.
But it's nice to see you back and building.

Looks really good to me. I cannot wait to see what you can do with a healed shoulder!

See guys, as I 've said all along, there are many wonderfull things that can be done OOB.
That said, since I know that DML screwed up those upper hatches, they always jump out at me. However, with such a nice build, it is something I only notice as a afterthought. Great Job Fabio, injury and all. (Is modeling with a broken shoulder like downhill skiing on one ski?) :-)

It's great to see you back in action here Good looking build as usual, (and accomplished with an injury no less). My best regards to you, and my sincerest hope for a quick and full recovery.
Steve
