Welcome to Nam entry, "The Outlaw" gun truck. Kits used, Italeri 1/35 Big Foot M-923A1, AFV's 2 1/2 ton M35A2. Using Animal's article on building the gun truck, I also talked with Dave to get additional information, thanks Dave

Nice build so far. It is always cool seeing a kit recycled.

BTW, who's studio did you borrow? That bench is way too clean to have had anything to do with the actual build.

Okay, I'll bite: where did the M113 come from? It looks like it was a past built version? I say this as I not the faded UN markings.

They are right though, your bench is way to clean :-) .

Shaun my hobby room was just done over the weekend by my son and son in-law. I love the new layout,

Jeff the UN APC is from the Bucket Bananza campaign. I just couldn't bring myself to ripping into a new kit.

Well in that case, you know how much the country is pushing recycling! Keep it up.

Looking good Joe. If the cab is not glued in place I would suggest you move it back on the chassis a little. You should have the front of the fenders sitting just above the front spring mounts. This will give the proper distance of the cab to the cargo bed.

Close one no not glued on yet. I still even have to make up the winch that goes behind the front bumper. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm glad Dave said something about the cab. I noticed it, but I know very little about these trucks and decided to keep my mouth shut.

Looks like an intersting build, Joe. I'll follow this one as I've always been intrigued by the 113-guntruck hybrids.

Also, I gotta comment about the color of your bench -- I had a bench cover of the same color! It's great because everything we build stands out against it -- OD, black, white, brown, etc. -- but you'll never find that particular color in model plastic or paint.
