Here is my completed entry for the Bombs away campain. It is the 1/48 Revell kit. No real issue's in building the kit other than installing enough weight in the forward section to keep it from tail sitting.

I like Mitchells. The only thing I see is that it looks unweathered.

You are absolutely correct, I chicken out on the post shading of my Mitchell, all of the pre-shading that I did on the upper surfaces disappeared once I applied the OD paint. I may go back and try my hand at weathering it later on.
