I know I still have a lot to do on this but I'll set up some sort of production line for painting the figures. A lot of washes, dust and rubble to add too. and some more work including tracks on the ISU 152
The buildings and all the groundwork is scratchbuilt

That is going to be way cool. I don't recognize most of those figures. Are they gray plastic or did you prime the resin?

Great dio, I am looking forward to seeing it finished.
One thing though. As two Germans have their arms up should there not be a Russian holding a weapon on them? Holding one's arms up can get tiring after a while if there is no "encouragement".
Cheers,
Charles

Thanks guys,
The only resin figure is the Russian officer in the center from Plus Models. The rest are plastic from Tristar, Tamiya, Miniart, ICM, Dragon and Academy. They are all primed with Games workshop skull white and all have Hornet heads. The Russian at the bottom of the steps is minus his mosin nagant and bayonet which he is covering the germans with.

Looks great! Very convincing!!!
It's nice to see this project comming from the drawingboard. The 2 SPG's together do just look great!
