It's finally coming together, but a lot of "fixing" before i call it done. I want an airbrush!! there is so much paint on this thing that there would be little chance of it becoming airborne and flying straight due to the weight /lumpiness of it all. I've painted the markings on. i thought i had kept the old crackly decals and was prepared to try to save them, but they couldnt be found - I've decided to show in progress pictures as i'm waiting for paint to dry. The girl, and tiger are wet and awaiting additional layers/detail.

Hi GI_Babycakes!

Don't tell me you are going to paint the tiger on the fuselage with a brush! You will need a 000 one!
I think you did a great job on the mouth! I can't wait to add this one to the list!

Wow, Baby Cakes:

You have a steady hand, that's fer sure. The markings,
the sharksmouth and what is becoming the tiger on
the aft portion of the fuselage is really lookin' killer.

Awesome!! I used to brush-paint my models a while back...nothing I did looks as good as your efforts. I can't wait to see what you'll do when you get that airbrush! Great Job.

Mike
