Tomek--I like it. You did a pretty good job, especially given that it is in 1/72 scale. The amount of detail is quite surprising for such a little beast, and your paint job looks great!

The "X-es" are grousers to get better grip in snow and on ice.
They are attached to the tracks instead of the usual rubber pads,
just a few, those that are stored on the tank are distributed evenly
onto both tracks. I don't know if they are put side-by-side on one
track link (two rubber pads on each track link) or if only one rubber
pad on each track link gets replaced.
