Here you go guys the next batch of pics!!! this is just the track sections assembled and a size checkthe first size check, to say the least!!!! so here we go!!!
now for a the tracks to fit i needed to make a half-link for each side. I did this by hitting thr forward section of a link off and saving the bar, I glued the bar to the back on link on each side and then finished the sub assemblely and set aside to dry so here is a pic of the finished half-links in place in the finnieshed tracks!!!
and the other sides half-link!!!
now for size compasisons for all who asked here you go!! first is a Marder III H
now a sherman!!
and finally a Marder III M!!!
well guys there you go!! track and size, it seems the need for a half-link is a common problem with dml kits, and a problem with all link and length tracks, the ease of making a half-Link is not a bother, its having to make them at all that bothers me!!!! but i ramble on enjoy guys!!! Stug

SteveStug,
Nice to see you have updated the Karl progress. It's a huge monster. Did you paint it before glueing the parts together?
Nice job again that you have done. Keep us update with the latest progress.

Stug,
Thanks for the frequent updates...
Sort of reminds me of the old "worktop" or the webcam of the 1/24 Mustang build.
Keep the images coming.

Here's something Dave doesn't hear that often, my wife said. "It's So Big!"
Come to think of it, I don't hear it that often either.
