Hi guys,

Her a few in-progress photos of my latest project.
Its is Blast Nag man I on a academy M-113 Zelda with Eduard Zelda PE armour and Friul tracks. I had a real struggle with the PE and to get the “Dog house” on, but I got there in the end.
I soldered the PE (my first time) which went great (after I got the hang of it).
A few minor thing still to do and I can put some paint on.

Very nice. I saw a picture of one of those critters during the latest Lebanese shootemup, and was wondering what it was.

Hey Jan,

very good looking Zelda. I have one of these myself and foudn the Doghouse easy toattach, what did you have problems with? I painted mine in various shades of green and weathered it to lookvery dusty, based on an actual photograph i have.

What colour are you going ot paint yours? If you want i can find the photo i used and will e-mail it to you, if you need it?

I am going to piant it with a mix of Humbrol 72, 155 and 159 (a retio of 1, 1, and 1 ).
Th only proble I had was getting the doghouse on the roof (was a small gap wher it meet the roof) but that was quickly helped by using a bit of mili put. put on the gap make is wet brush it out whipe away te exces and gone is the gap.
And any photo's are always welcome.

Why is that the more ugly an armor beast is, the more attractive it is to builders. Something very cool about this. Nice build Jan-Willem. Look forward to it painted and weathered.

Damn I missed this one. That looks superb, the Nagmans are pretty cool looking M113's and you ahve done a superb job here. The Eduard armor is a real pig to put together and is very flimsy, but it looks like you did is perfectly. I wasted a whole set of this trying to glue it together and its all just broken up, I started a NagMan II but now its scrapped.

I did to.
the first set I did with gleu and it fell apart. I then cleaned it up and used it as practice for soldering.
So I bought a second set and solderd it (which works great) and it can handel a fair bit of punishment.
so if you ever get the urge to try de eduard zelda armour I'd solder it if I wher you.
I've finelly have the hollyday of so I'll try to do a update with paint as soon asI can

Hi guy’s,
Well another up-date on my little monster.
She’s as good as finished just the antennas and two handle bars to do but seeing as she’s going on a little dio I’ll do those when she’s installed on the base.
I used my usual paint mix, with a bit of tweaking to get a bit of a different shade and I used a lot more dust than on previous models.

The photos are a bit “crappy” but that’s because of the cloudy weather.
When I have the base done I’ll post some more pic’s.
