Geeze Gary... Your candid comment about made me shoot water out my nose.
Gary is correct, but it also depends SOMEWHAT on which country it would be serving with...E.German's tended to have more of a fadded lighter green. Russian's had variations of black green and brown green with all kinds of fading.
But essentially...Green.

Subject matter and the need for brevity aside, feel free to bloviate and damn the rest! As long as it is helpfull anyhow...
As for the green of a ZSU...if you are doing a Russian vehicle in Europe in the late 1970's to late 1980's, use Model Master Dark Green. Easy peasy.

According to Steve Zaloga, FS 34098 is supposed to be a match to Soviet Cold War era green. Generally had a satin (semi-gloss) finish.

Testor's Model Masters Enamel makes a Russian Armor Green. I just add different shades of gray to it for differnt groups. Lightened it up for my mid-war T-34/76 and darkened it a bit for my T-55. It's kinda like good old Olive drab. Lighten and darken takes you through most of American vehicles from WW2 through Viet Nam. Mixing seems pretty much the way to go. I mix stuff with Green Drab, Dark Green and Medium green as well as light and medium grays Using other brands also can help with getting variances. Don't want all my tanks to look alike don't you know.
