A few picture pre-weathering of my SA-6 gainful i have been working on, started out of the box for the trumpeter competition at last years IPMS nationals but didn't finish it in time. So have replaced all the handles (the kit one broke anyways) and the track are a set of model kasten ones.
I know i have missed a few bits i should have added but its nice to finally finish building some thing and get the paint on it.
the missile isn't finished and i still have a few bits to paint in but its nearly there.
A nice reasonably simple but enjoyable build, comments please

Hi Keith,
Nice camo on your SA6, I'd also go for some desert scheme on this one. One thing is I'm not sure if you used the apropriate markings, or was this based on actual photo or reference? This would be possible in modern allied OP i.e Afghanistan or Iraq, but I'm not sure those are still in use and sent out there?
Cheers

this is the picture i used for reference, i struggled with the markings as i had no information, so i used a little artistic licence
i had a couple of pictures showing one in a sand/ green scheme and one in the sand / brown.
it will all become a little clearer once it goes onto the base

I've also seen SA 6's in the sand/brown and sand/green but those weren't Polish so I still don't think you matched the markings right.

Very nice build.
The camouflage looks great, but it should probably have been with Egyptian or Syrian markings (which are not included in the kit)
Anyway, a little artistic licence should be okay IMO. Afterall it is just a hobby to most of us
Thanks for sharing
