I am planning to get the T72 turret upgrade for my Tamiya T-72. Miniarm looks quite expensive. The Blast model looks great and the review in PMM also is good. Should I order from AFV or Direct from Blast?? Any experience???

Thanks. Ordered from Blast. The AFV site the cost shown was about 15$ less. But Blast site says that they will recalculate the shipping at actuals and charge accordingly and not the price shown in the invoice.

Anyway fingers crossed

Blast Models makes NOT RUSSIAN T-72 turret. They make T-72M1 turret. This turret was like T-72A but with laser range finder.
T-72M1 is only export and license version used in Warsaw Pact countries. BUT not used in USSR or Russia.
MINIARM makes very good and true T-72B (NATO code name Super Dolly Parton) turret used in Soviet and Russian army.
If You want to make Russian T-72... change your choice....
