MasterBox has sent Armorama news of three new figure sets that are being shipped out to suppliers now, these sets depict the British in Africa, an American gun crew, and a Panzer crew football match.
The three new figure sets from MasterBox have been covered before as pre-production offerings but now these figure sets are heading for the shops. The three figure sets are;
1) 3577 “US Artillery Crew” - the kit consists of 6 figures representing US gun crew, WW II era. Please, pay the special attention to two moments:
a) Two figures of the kit suppose the assembly of 2 variants that allow using of figures either with the heavy gun or with the light gun, it is up to modeller’s choice.
b) The given kit could be used also for creating dioramas of times of Vietnam War.
2) 3597 “Vickers Machine Gun team, North Africa Desert Battle Series, WW II era” - the kit contains 2 sprues.
The first sprue consists of parts for assembling 5 figures. The basis of the kit is British machine gun team of Vickers machine gun, consisting of 2 figures. There is also British Infantryman in the kit that could be assembled in 2 variants. Figures of two killed German Infantrymen from DAK are the special appeal of the kit. We would like to pay your special attention that the figures of the killed German soldiers are not shown on the front side of the box. We would like to emphasize also especially that such experience is the first one for the plastic figures in 1/35 scale.
The second sprue represents the sprue with British weapons and it is already known to you from our kit 35109. We would like to emphasize that the way of packing of this sprue together with sprue containing figures excludes breakages of fragile parts.
The kit belongs to Desert Battle Series, WW II era.
3) 35149 “German Tankers - A break between battles, WW II era” – the kit contains a sprue consists of parts for assembling 6 figures: 3 tankers in sport cloths playing football, a tanker watching the game, a boy and a dog. Two cuts of beams imitating one football goal are also included in the kit.
