The headings in the Armorama NEWS announcement on June 4 regarding the agreement between HQ72 and Astra Scale Models Ltd. suggest that HQ72 has purchased Astra Scale Models Ltd. and its moulds. This is incorrect.
In the interest of accurate reporting, and in order to eliminate confusion, I would like to clarify the arrangement: HQ72 has NOT, as previously reported on Armorama, acquired Astra Scale Models Ltd., and HQ72 has NOT acquired moulds from Astra Scale Models Ltd.
HQ72 HAS acquired, from Astra Scale Models Ltd., the masters and patterns for the 1/72 scale scenic bases and accessories previously released under the Astra Scale Models Ltd. label. HQ72 will undertake, under its own brand, the production and sale of those bases and accessories.
