Bronco Models has sent Armorama an update on their latest offering which will be the Panzerkampfwagen I Ausf F, Infantry Tank Mk III ‘Valentine’ Mk XI, and Italian light civilian car (hard top) with lady, girl, and dog.
These latest offerings from Bronco Models should bring a cheer from modellers whose area of interest is World War Two regardless of whether Axis or Allied forces are their area of interest. The Panzerkampfwagen I Ausf F (VK18.01) features a fairly complete interior with the exception of the engine, and also features workable tracks and suspension. The Infantry Tank Mk III ‘Valentine’ Mk XI (OP) features workable tracks and articulated suspension; one area that caught my eye was the photo etched aerial mounts which are usually after-market additions. The latest soft skinned vehicle release should prove a popular item with the auto modellers and those that like to have civilian vehicles in their dioramas.

Wow! The modern kit supply-stream is suddenly flooding with 3 new Panzer I-F kits! Now one with an interior! I'll be all over this one whenever it actually becomes available. I can already smell the glue - the top of my cement jar is already loosened in anticipation! PS: And in reference to the recent thread this site about potential future discontinuation of "Magic Track" styrene link track-sets in new armor kits by my friend Mr. Dragon... My hat is off to Bronco for putting the individual tracks into THIS kit - a real selling point for me. The modern competition kits in this subject - those two released by Hobby Boss - feature "link and length" tracks. Much better than any "rubber band" type for German WWII tanks, IMHO, but not as nice as individual links. Bronco will be my provider for this subject - all 3 new kits are surely much improved over that old eastern-bloc thing; B will sell to me, as B is doing the links. Bob
