News in from MiniArt has some details on the Pz.III Ausf.B that is coming soon.
MiniArt has sent in an update on the upcoming Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf.B that was announced not that long ago. This looks to be an extremely detailed kit with 1057 plastic parts, 57 photo-etched parts, and 13 clear plastic parts. The kit will include a fully detailed turret interior, workable chassis, and workable tracks.

"Ausf.B Coming Soon" Be nice if the OP's of these type of threads stopped saying ausf .x coming and added panzer y ausf .x so if were not panzer gurus we don't have to enter the thread to find out which panzer version ausf you post about... Why? This is the third or 4th time I've entered these threads of late hoping it was a panzer type I'm currently in market for. In this case if I knew it was panzer III I wouldn't entered cause I'm not in the market for one that's an ausf b variant anytime in the next year or 3. Staff here should be above phishing IMO.

I agree. Also the title should include the kit manufacturer. The news editors seem to only think about the look of the "News" section of Armorama, where both the kit manufacturer and the box art are displayed next to each of the news stories, but completely forget how MOST of us will see those titles: on the Armorama home page! And there is no manufacturer nor any image visible there, so those news titles there very often border on useless, like "Ausf.B Coming Soon", "2014 Catalogue" or "Some Extra Detail"... Correct title example is this one: "BRAVO-6 : New releases".

There is a technical reason that this isn't happening currently. A majority of our news readers find these items via the main news page or homepage, not the forums. So the main news page and the homepage already INCLUDE the maker of the kit. I will see about adding the maker to the forum & what's new posts automatically.

Jim, The homepage includes the maker of the kit for Reviews, but not for News stories!

When will this be on the shelves ?

There is nothing official, but I have heard rumors of March/April time frame. Based on the test build images, it does not look like it can be that far off.
