This is the first of 3 news stories on MiniArt. This one looks at a US motorcycle and rifleman; the rifleman is using the motorcycle for cover just as the cavalry of the past used their horses.

The motorcycle in this offering is the Harley Davidson offering as I believe has been seen in previous sets. The infantry figure is depicted in the artwork wearing what I believe is US Marines’ uniform, but I am happy to be corrected. This particular offering would make for an excellent vignette as it has movement and lots to catch the eye.

Looks like the uniform worn for a short while by the 2nd. armoured div. in Normmandy . The figure has a lot of possibiltiles .

Yes, that's correct... It wouldn't take much to modify the uniform into the HBT Tanker-style coverall, which some US Army Motorcyclists wore over their standard combat uniforms, or even to modify it into the standard combat uniform. A very nice kit and a real departure from the norm! I would go with the HBT coveralls and M1938 Leggings, as I already have numerous US Army Motorcyclists in the standard 1941-'44 combat uniforms...

I hope they eventually release this figure in a figure set. Almost all of their US figures have been included in a Harley kit.
