VERY NICE!!! FINALLY! A properly proportioned child... Many figure manufacturers get this wrong, making their kids look like shrunken down fat adults... This one's on my "To Buy" list!

I would more accurately call this a "youth" and not a child but it does look superb and I want one. Talking about kids though,the heads on kids are supposed to be big in relation to their body as your skull does not grow that much in relation to the rest of your body. The growth plates in your noggin only expand so much. Look how big a babies' head is in relation to its' body.. Just sayin'

That's why women scream so much in (natural) childbirth. The baby's head, coming out, is MUCH bigger than anything that ever went in...usually!

Hi, Jerry! Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't "child" merely a term to differentiate between a kid and an adult..? I can remember getting notices of functions, parties and such well into High School, meant to be read by my parents, and they STILL referred to me and my fellow-students as, "your child". For that matter this kid could also be considered to be a young "adolescent", no? "Youth" is a good word; maybe I should have used that word, and headed off another head-butting session. AGREE with you on littler "kids' heads", and "babies' heads"- They SHOULD look over-sized in relation to their bodies. What I DID say, was that some manufacturers cast their "kids" to look like "shrunken down, fat adults". I should have spoken up and also said that the aforementioned "shrunken down, fat adult's" HEADS were IN proportion with the rest of their bodies, making these certain figures erroneous representations of children... Anyway, this "YOUTH" is on my "To Buy" list, definitely!

LoL I know what you mean,obviously a lot of terms are arbitrary,etc. But this does look more like a very young man than it does a child and whatever we want to name it,it certainly looks terrific! The fidelity to scale and detail are overwhelming but then again,it is a real guy shrunk down through the magic of modern tech. Yes,I also agree that more than a few of the plastic young'ns look kind of bizarre around the noggin area. And,yes,on my to-buy list as well. Later man, J
