The new punch from Green Stuff World allows to make tile roofs easily and in large quantities.

Miniature ROOF TILE Punch is perfect to create miniature tiles. It can be used with different materials like card board, paper, flexible metal foils, 0.5mm plasticard or 1mm Foamed PVC among other materials. Flexible metal foil tiles may be curved.

The size of the resulting tiles is 5x10mm, said to be appropriate for 1:76 1:48 1:43 1:35 1:30 and 1:22 scales.

Except for the first step, the instructions on their website are quite easyJ:

1. Eat a whole cornflakes box.
2. Keep the box.
3. Punch the box.
4. Fix the tiles to your diorama.

How can one size (5mm x 10mm) be appropriate for scales 1:76 all the way to 1:22? Way too big for one end of the scale, and way too small for the other end.

Right on that comment Biggles2. It will look good for 1/32/54mm and 1/35, even 1/25th but the smaller scales I don't think so.

True,but then there are folks that aren't all that concerned with exact scale size. We are,but many are not that concerned. J

What a GREAT idfea! Gotta have one, because let me tell you making euro roofs is otherwise No Freaking Fun! This goes on my shopping list along with their leaf stamp!
