Released several years back in a larger scale, Trumpeter now makes available its E-50 kit in 1/72 scale.

Trumpeter’s German E-50 (50-75 tons) / Standardpanzer (07123) is a plastic armor kit that contains 40 parts in two sprues. Tracks are of the one-piece, rubber band type. A decal sheet with is provided as well. Dimensions when built: 144.6mm (L) by 53.5mm (W).

I'm still going with the Modelcollect kit. This looks like it supposed to be on the tabletop judging by the parts breakdown.

Hmmm...all hatches molded shut, tow cable (and tools, presumably) molded on, and no PE! Looks like they're wandering down the same road as Dragon.
