Up next from MiniArt is a set of WWII Soviet infantry in various poses of rest.
From MiniArt’s WW II Military Miniatures Series comes its latest figures kit, Soviet Soldiers Taking a Break (35233).

This set should be quite useful in a vignette depicting either an individual or group of soldiers waiting to be shipped out to the front, or maybe a scene of weary infantry at rest following a long march.

Kit 35233 contains 127 parts, to build five figures, including weapons and gear.

Brief note to MiniArt - you have now done British Photographers and Correspondents in 1/35th, could we please have some US Combat Photographers and Civilian Reporters? You could even make a point of patterning the figures after famous known individuals such as Ernie Pyle, Robert Capra, George Stevens, Margret Borke-White, Russ Meyer and John Huston.

Now those I think I could use for Cold War figures. They have the button down blouse rather than the pullover type worn in WWII. The rest of the kit is almost generic to both periods.

Thanks Tat for the info and Thanks Richard for pointing out the uniform matter. But are these figures okay for a late WWII vignette ? Thanks for your help

The reporters were Bronco (set 35140) But I agree some US correspondent team would be great!

Darn, you're right. My bad, but hopefully still a good idea.

Good, useful poses!

LOVE the poses. More useful than "action" figures for most dios.
